Deposit & Cancellations

Our deposits are non-refundable, however should something happen that requires you to cancel your reservation, we will transfer the deposit, less a 10% handling fee, to a future reservation as long as we receive adequate notice. Adequate notice would be 6 months preferred, but not less than 90 days or by April 1. If we have a cancellation occur less than 90 days prior to the actual reservation or after April 1, you will lose your deposit. You will also be responsible for the remaining balance unless either you or ourselves are able to find a replacement. We try to maintain a waiting list just in case we do get a cancellation, however, people will only wait so long until they book elsewhere.

We prefer payments in cash or check, however we will accept your Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard.

All rates reflect a 3.5% cash discount. If you wish to pay with credit card, please add 3.5% to your total invoice.

Guests are responsible for all damages to Weslake Resort property.


All base lodging charges are payable in full at time of arrival.
